Hatim Mansori

Hatim Mansori founded Game Changers Initiative, a nonprofit empowering youth through Gaming and Esports. While attending Morehouse College, he established AUC Esports and Maroon Tiger Gaming, creating thriving communities with gaming hubs and scholarship opportunities. With a Master of Public Administration (MPA), Hatim combines his love for gaming and expertise in leadership to create programs that inspire and equip underserved youth to succeed.

Javier Reyes

Javier Reyes, a San Francisco native, is an artist, educator, and youth advocate with over 20 years of experience designing innovative programs for underserved communities. He is the Founder of Colored Ink, an award-winning hip-hop theatre group that uses the arts for transformation, therapy, and advocacy. Javier also serves as the Director of Bayview United Gaming, a video game social club inspiring high school students in the Bayview District to explore STEM and higher education through gaming. His work bridges faith, arts, and social justice, empowering youth to pursue their dreams and become leaders in their communities.

Dallas Phinsee III

Dallas Phinsee is the Executive Director of the Compumind Community Foundation and Chairman of the Board for Youth Utilizing Power and Praise (YUPP). He previously served as Vice-Chair of Year Up’s National Alumni Association Board, demonstrating a strong commitment to advancing opportunities for underrepresented communities. Dallas spent nearly five years as a Relationship Manager at a global media and technology company, fostering strategic partnerships and client growth. With a passion for empowering and educating youth nationwide, Dallas combines his professional expertise with his dedication to creating meaningful impact in education, mentorship, and community development.
